Cancellation and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority at Ilaaj Clinic™. You can cancel your Ilaaj Clinic™ Unlimited Subscription at any time, for any reason, by visiting the payment settings in your account profile.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Refunds are applicable only for Unlimited Subscriptions purchased directly from the Ilaaj Clinic™ website (www.ilaajclinic.com) or the Android app.

• Subscriptions or courses acquired through third-party websites or the iOS app are not eligible for refunds.

• If you are dissatisfied with a course, please contact us through the Contact Support form or request a refund through your account settings.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of purchase. All refunds will be processed within 15 days and credited to the original payment method used.

Non-refundable Payments After Seven Days

Payments become non-refundable after the initial seven-day period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used subscription periods. Following cancellation, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your Ilaaj Clinic™ Subscription until the end of the current subscription period.

Trial Periods

We may occasionally offer trial periods for our Ilaaj Clinic™ Unlimited Subscription at no cost or at a reduced rate. Eligibility for these trials is determined at the sole discretion of Ilaaj Clinic™. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify trial offers at any time without prior notice and without liability, as permitted by law.

Pricing Adjustments

Ilaaj Clinic™ reserves the right to adjust the pricing for our services or any components thereof at any time, at our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following an email notice to you, unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Use.
